Charlie Weasley’s character haven't been seen at Harry Potter movie series but according to the book he was the second-oldest brother of the Weasleys. He was a seeker and a captain of the Griffindor Quidditch team during his time at Hogwarts. He studies dragons in Romania and takes in baby Norbert when Hagrid can no longer take care of it.
